A quick remix

Last week I showed an outfit that I wasn't entirely happy with. The accessories weren't quite right. So, here's another go:

Dash dress remixed, with dog

I didn't have the heart to send my dear old Malamute away, he loves being near his Mom! The accessories in this outfit are in more subdued colours and lots of silver, than the previous.

Pale green, white and silver jewellery

We've been warned that the nice weather we were promised a few days ago, is cancelled. Instead we're in for some arctic cold = time to get out the fur!

My old fur jacket is losing more hair than my dog!

With a few age-related hot flushes the fur jacket soon became too hot, but by then I was on the bus, just typical!

I clearly forgot something important here: A bone for the dog!

This is it for now! My throat is very sore, my temperature is rising and the nose is starting to drip, I'm off to bed!

Hope you're all feeling better than me!

    1. Thank you so much Pao! It may look appropriate for arctic temperatures, but that'll be arctic summer temperatures then! I wouldn't have been able to wear the above outfit yesterday, with snow and strong Northern wind. The dog loved it of course!

  5. Super cute dress again! And when you popped on that classy jacket I thought, "Wowza!" I've been wanting a coat like that but I certainly don't need the help in the hot flashes department.
I hope it was just a passing allergic reaction to something and not the flu!

  10. Hi Tine! I hope you were able to cure yourself, before it got worse! If it is too warm in Denmark for your fure, hot flashes, and your cute dog (because he/she needs to be warm in that thick fure) you are welcome to come and visit, as there is no warm weather here. We have snow and minus degrees! And yesterday it was a snowstorm! Happy Friday!

    1. Thank you very much Anna! You're always so generous - I would go nowhere else, if I needed cooling off! 'Fortunately' we had our own snowstorm right here in Farum! The dog loved it of course - I'm sad. It's going to be a very long winter, starting in October, maybe not ending until late March! I may need a longer fur than this jacket, don't you think so?

    2. Hahaha.. if I was your dog and had that amazing and WARM fur, I would love winter too! As you don't, you should definitely buy yourself a new long coat!

    1. Thank you so much Lynne! He actually nearly tipped the camera over, it's the most clumsy breed!

It's taken me more than a year of buying different dresses to finally find the shape that flatters my shape best. It did cost a bit too since we don't have vintage shop like in the US.

  12. You really know how to stay warm in style. The fur jacket fits like a glove and the boots next to your Malamute are a great cold weather combination. Feel better soon!
